Payment Through Termination. Executive shall be entitled to receive all of the Base Salary earned and all reimbursements due through the Separation Date. Additional compensation subsequent to termination, if any, will be due and payable to Executive only to the extent and in the manner expressly provided in this Section 8. All other rights and obligations of the Company and Executive under this Agreement shall cease as of the Separation Date, except as otherwise provided in the Confidentiality Agreement (as defined in Section 12 of this Agreement) or any termination notice or separation and release agreement between the Executive and the Company.
