Payment on Non-Business Days. Whenever any payment of principal, interest or fees to be made on the indebtednesses evidenced by the Note shall fall due on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday under the laws of the State of Tennessee, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.
