Common use of Payment of Royalties Clause in Contracts

Payment of Royalties. Royalties under this Agreement shall be paid within thirty (30) days in the case of no sublicense and sixty (60) days in case of royalties received from a Sublicensee, following the last day of the calendar quarter in which the royalties and other amounts are received by Auxilium.
