PAYMENT OF RENTS. Trustor hereby agrees that the ---------------- respective lessees under the Leases, upon notice from Beneficiary of the occurrence of an Event of Default, shall thereafter pay to Beneficiary the Rents due and to become due under the Leases without any obligation to determine whether an Event of Default in fact exists.
