Common use of Payment of Outstanding Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Outstanding Fees. Upon any termination or expiration of the Subscription Term, MaestroQA will charge Subscriber's Credit Card (or invoice Subscriber directly) for any outstanding fees for Subscriber's use of the Services during the Subscription Term, after which MaestroQA will not charge Subscriber's Credit Card for any additional fees.
