Impact Costs Clause Samples

The Impact Costs clause defines how additional expenses resulting from unforeseen events or changes are handled within a contract. It typically outlines which party is responsible for bearing these costs, such as increased labor, materials, or delays caused by factors outside the original agreement. By clearly allocating responsibility for such costs, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations if project conditions change.
