Payment of Obligations to Lender. The Borrower or Guarantor fails to make payment of any principal, interest, or other amount due on any indebtedness owed the Lender hereunder within ten (10) days of the due date thereof without further notice or demand, or fails to make any other payment to the Lender as contemplated hereunder either by the terms hereof or otherwise; or
