Common use of Payment of Notes Called for Redemption Clause in Contracts

Payment of Notes Called for Redemption. If notice of redemption has been given as aforesaid, the Notes shall, on the Redemption Date, become due and payable at the Redemption Price therein specified, and on and after such date (unless the Issuer shall default in the payment of the Redemption Price) such Notes shall cease to bear interest. If the Issuer defaults on the Redemption Date in the payment of the Redemption Price such Notes shall, until paid, bear interest from the Redemption Date at the rate borne by the Notes.
