Common use of Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Office Clause in Contracts

Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Office. The Company will punctually pay, or cause to be paid, the principal and interest (and premium, if any) to become due in respect of Notes according to the terms thereof and will maintain an office at the address of the Company set forth in Paragraph 12H hereof where notices, presentations and demands in respect hereof or the Notes may be made upon it. Such office will be maintained at such address until such time as the Company will notify the holders of the Notes of any change of location of such office.
