Common use of Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Office Clause in Contracts

Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Office. The Company and each Issuer Subsidiary will punctually pay, or cause to be paid, the principal and interest (and Make-Whole Amount, if any) to become due in respect of the Notes according to the terms thereof and will maintain an office at the address of the Company set forth in Section 18(c) hereof where notices, presentations and demands in respect hereof or the Notes may be made upon it. Such office will be maintained at such address until such time as such Company will notify the holders of the Notes of any change of location of such office.
