Common use of Payment of Minimum Rent Clause in Contracts

Payment of Minimum Rent. All payments of Minimum Rent shall be made in lawful money of the United States by wire transfer of same day funds to such account or location specified by Lessor from time to time in writing. In the event that Lessor fails to timely provide such notice, Lessee shall make the payment to Lessor at the address provided for notices below or such other address as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
