Payment of Landing Fees and Terminal Rents. Airline shall pay to the Port Landing Fees and Terminal Rents calculated in accordance with Article 8 as follows. Beginning on the Effective Date, Airline shall pay to the Port on a monthly basis the Landing Fee and Terminal Rents established by the Port in accordance with this Agreement.
