Payment of Filing Fees. All amounts required to be paid to or deposited with the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Depositary Bank, and all Taxes, fees and other costs payable in connection with the execution, delivery, recordation and filing of the documents and instruments referred to in this Section 4.01, shall have been paid in full.
