Payment of Fee. Payment of the fee due the Grantor shall be made on a quarterly basis, within forty-five (45) days of the close of each calendar quarter. The payment period and the collection of the franchise fees that are to be paid to the Grantor pursuant to the Franchise shall commence sixty (60) days after the Effective Date of the Franchise as set forth in Section 15.13.
