Common use of Payment of Estimated Operating Cost Share Rent and Tax Share Rent Clause in Contracts

Payment of Estimated Operating Cost Share Rent and Tax Share Rent. (i) Before the Commencement Date and on or before April 1 of each succeeding Fiscal Year, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter, Landlord shall give Tenant notice of Landlord's estimate of the payments to be made pursuant to Sections 2.1(b) and 2.1(c) above for such Fiscal Year. Landlord may revise these estimates by written notice to Tenant whenever it obtains more accurate information, such as the final real estate tax assessment or tax rate for the Project, in which event subsequent monthly payments by Tenant for such Fiscal Year shall be based upon such revised estimate.
