Payment of Dividends and other Distributions. On the declaration of any dividend or other distribution on the shares of capital stock of Fund ("Fund Shares") by the Board of Directors of Fund, Fund shall deliver to Custodian instructions with respect thereto. On the date specified in such instructions for the payment of such dividend or other distribution, Custodian will pay out of the monies held for the account of Fund, insofar as the same shall be available for such purposes, and credit to the account of the Dividend Disbursing Agent for Fund, such amount as may be necessary to pay the amount per share payable in cash on Fund Shares issued and outstanding on the record date established by such resolution.
