Routine Matters. Custodian will, in general, attend to all routine and mechanical matters in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer, or other dealings with securities or other property of Fund except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement or directed from time to time by the Board of Trustees of Fund.

Routine Matters. For routine matters, that do not involve an allegation of misconduct or an investigation by the Office of Internal Affairs, the State agrees that Unit 6 employees may be granted an opportunity to review CDCR video recording(s) of an incident they were involved in only AFTER writing and submitting their report. After reviewing such CDCR video recording(s), the Unit 6 employees will be given the opportunity to write a supplemental report prior to the end of their shift.
