PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. 1. Whenever the Fund shall determine to pay a dividend or distribution on Shares it shall furnish to Custodian Instructions or a Certificate setting forth with respect to the Series specified therein the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the total amount payable, and the payment date.
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. 1. The Fund shall furnish to the Custodian a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, certified by the Secretary, the Clerk, any Assistant Secretary or any Assistant Clerk, either (i) setting forth with respect to the Series specified therein the date of the declaration of a dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent and any sub-dividend agent or co-dividend agent of the Fund on the payment date, or (ii) authorizing with respect to the Series specified therein and the declaration of dividends and distributions thereon the Custodian to rely on Oral Instructions, Written Instructions, or a Certificate setting forth the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per Share of such Series to the shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount payable to the Dividend Agent on the payment date.
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. (a) In the event that the Board of Directors of the Fund (or a committee thereof) authorizes the declaration of dividends or distributions with respect to a Portfolio, an Authorized Person shall provide the Custodian with Instructions specifying the record date, the date of payment of such distribution and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent or its designee on such payment date.

PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. 6.1 The Trust shall furnish to the Bank the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Trust certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary (i) authorizing the declaration of dividends or distribution with respect to a Series on a specified periodic basis and authorizing the Bank to rely on Written Instructions specifying the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date, or (ii) setting forth the date of declaration of any dividend or distribution by a Series, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date.

(a) The Trust shall furnish to the Custodian the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Trust certified by the Secretary (i) authorizing the declaration of dividends of the Trust on a specified periodic basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Oral or Written Instructions specifying the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date, or (ii) setting forth the date of declaration of any dividend or distribution by of the Trust, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date.

(a) The Fund shall furnish to the Custodian the vote of the Board of Trustees of the Fund certified by the Secretary (i) authorizing the declaration of distributions on a specified periodic basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Oral or Written Instructions specifying the date of the declaration of such distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date, or (ii) setting forth the date of declaration of any distribution by the Fund, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date.
PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. (a) The Fund shall furnish to the Custodian a Certificate specifying the date of payment of any dividend or distribution, and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date.
