Related to Payment Management Requirements

  • Management Requirements Procedures for managing equipment (including replacement equipment), whether acquired in whole or in part under a Federal award, until disposition takes place will, as a minimum, meet the following requirements:

  • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.
