Required Supported Documentation. As indicated in Section IV, Application and Submission Information, each applicant must address how the Territory will plan for the Exchange as it pertains to each of the following: Background Research Stakeholder Involvement Program Integration Resources and Capabilities Governance Finance Technical Infrastructure Business Operations Territory Legislative or Regulatory Actions Applicants will be reviewed as approved or disapproved by the objective review panel; this is consistent with the objective review process of the ―State Planning and Establishment Grants for the Affordable Care Act’s Exchanges‖ conducted last summer.
