Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. Records Retention Contractors and Subcontractors must preserve such certified transcripts for a period of three years from the date of completion of work on the awarded contract.
Consulting Contract – Follow-On Work No person, firm, subsidiary or subcontractor of a firm that has been awarded a consulting services contract or a contract which includes a consulting component may be awarded a Contract for the performance of services, the purchase of goods or supplies, or the provision of any other related action which arises from or can reasonably be deemed an end-product of work performed under the initial consulting to consulting-related Contract.
Service Costs Service Costs are direct and indirect expenditures incurred in support of Petroleum Operations in the Contract Area, including expenditures on warehouses, piers, marine vessels, vehicles, motorized rolling equipment, aircraft, fire and security stations, workshops, water and sewerage plants, power plants, housing, community and recreational facilities and furniture and tools and equipment used in these activities. Service Costs in any Year shall include the costs incurred in such Year to purchase and/or construct the said facilities as well as the annual costs of maintaining and operating the same, each to be identified separately. All Service Costs shall be regularly allocated as specified in Sections 2.2.5, 2.3.5 and 2.4 to Exploration Costs, Development Costs and Production Costs and shall be separately shown under each of these categories.
