PAYMENT AND COMPENSATION. 8.1 ABED shall be entitled to compensation in accordance with this Agreement for all services performed, whether or not a Construction Phase is commenced. 8.2 The Client agrees to pay ABED compensation for Services as follows: 8.3 FEES: Fees shall be determined in accordance with the terms stated herein, or in accordance with the most current ABED Fee Schedule. 8.4 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: Reimbursable expenses include the cost plus a percentage as stated on the most current ABED Fee Schedule.
