Payload. Title to a Payload shall pass from Contractor to Aireon after the Payload has successfully achieved Conditional Acceptance at Contractor’s facility. Risk of loss or damage for a Payload shall pass from Contractor to Aireon after the Payload has been delivered to a location as directed by Aireon.
