Common use of Paying Agent, Registrar and Conversion Agent Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent, Registrar and Conversion Agent. Initially, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the “Trustee”), will act as Paying Agent, Registrar and Conversion Agent. The Company may appoint and change any Paying Agent, Registrar or Conversion Agent in accordance with the terms of the Indenture. The Company may act as Paying Agent, Registrar or Conversion Agent.
