Pay Raises. The Union will have the opportunity to annually appear before the Personnel Advisory Board to present testimony in support of salary increases, step increases, and re- positioning proposals for employees covered under this agreement. Whenever the Personnel Advisory Board makes such recommendations to the Governor and the Governor subsequently recommends to the legislature, the Employer will support the Governor’s budget recommendations.
