Common use of Pay Periods Clause in Contracts

Pay Periods. 32 Employees shall be paid on a twice a month basis. The pay periods shall be the first (1st) 33 through the fifteenth (15th) of each month and the sixteenth (16th) through the end of each month. 34 Employees will be paid on the fifteenth (15th) of each month for hours worked during the second pay 58 1 period of the preceding month, and on the last business day of each month for hours worked during 2 the first pay period of that month; provided, however, that if either date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, 3 or Holiday, the pay date will be the preceding business day.
