Common use of Pay Increases Clause in Contracts

Pay Increases. a) An employee holding a position for which there is a minimum and a maximum rate of pay shall be granted pay increments, as defined in Appendix “A”, until the employee reaches the maximum rate for the position. b) A pay increase shall be a percentage of the employee’s salary rounded to the nearest dollar in the scale of rates applicable to the position.
