Common use of Pay Increase Clause in Contracts

Pay Increase. Effective January 1, 2005, bargaining unit employees who have successfully completed their initial probation will receive a 5% cost of living/general increase, which will impact the pay range.

Pay Increase. Effective January 1, 2005, October 1, 2006, all bargaining unit employees who have successfully completed their initial probation will receive a 5% 4% cost of living/general increase, which will impact the pay range. Effective April 1, 2007, bargaining unit employees who meet satisfactory performance and have successfully completed their initial probation, shall receive a 4% increase, which will not impact the pay range.

Pay Increase. Effective January April 1, 20052006, bargaining unit employees who have successfully completed their initial probation will receive a 53% cost of living/general increase, increase which will impact the pay range.
