PAY ALLOWANCES Clause Samples

The 'Pay Allowances' clause defines the additional payments or benefits that an employee is entitled to receive on top of their base salary. These allowances may include items such as housing, transportation, meal stipends, or cost-of-living adjustments, and are typically specified according to the employee's role, location, or specific needs. By clearly outlining these supplementary payments, the clause ensures transparency in compensation and helps prevent disputes regarding entitlements beyond regular wages.
