Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(u), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Company and the Guarantors, the name and address of the Company and the Guarantors and other information that will allow the Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Company and the Guarantors in accordance with the Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Patriot Act Certificate duly executed by each Borrower and all other documentation and other information required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable "know-your-customer" and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act;
Patriot Act Certificate. The Noteholders shall have received a certificate in substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(l) provided by the Issuer.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Borrower and each other Credit Party shall have provided all information requested by the Administrative Agent and each Lender in order to comply with the Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date (or such extended time as agreed to by the Administrative Agent), a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act, including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties (including each of the RCC Credit Parties), the name and address of the Credit Parties (including each of the RCC Credit Parties) and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties (including each of the RCC Credit Parties) in accordance with the Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Investors shall have received a certificate in substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(l) provided by the Borrower.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Successor Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for the benefit of itself and the New Lenders, provided by each of the Borrowers that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrowers and each other Loan Party, the name and address of the Borrowers, each other Loan Party and other information that will allow the Successor Administrative Agent or any New Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrowers and each other Loan Party in accordance with the USA Patriot Act.
Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate in substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(m), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower.
