Past Service Credit. All U.S. Employees shall be credited for service with the Company, GE, their respective Affiliates and their respective predecessors on and prior to the Trigger Date under all Genworth Plans and practices in which they become participants for all purposes, but excluding benefits accrual under any defined benefit plan, to the extent such service was credited under the corresponding GE Plan and practices.
