Pass Key Clause Samples

A Pass Key clause grants designated individuals or parties the right to access certain premises, facilities, or secured areas, typically by providing them with a master key or access code. In practice, this clause is often used in lease agreements, allowing landlords or property managers to enter rental units for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies, provided they follow any required notice procedures. The core function of this clause is to ensure that property owners or managers can fulfill their responsibilities for upkeep and safety while balancing the tenant's right to privacy.
