PARTS STOCKING. Reseller agrees to stock and maintain a suitable inventory of Parts in amounts reasonably expected to service its customers, based on the quantity and mix of Product acquired by Reseller from EMC. EMC will supply such Parts solely for Product purchased by Reseller hereunder for Reseller's resale to Reseller's customers, or otherwise as appropriate solely to support Reseller's installed base of customers of Product purchased under this Agreement. Reseller will sell and distribute Parts only in a manner consistent with the foregoing limitations.
