Common use of Partnership Statement Clause in Contracts

Partnership Statement. As one of its basic Operating Principles, the Corporation has recognized the role of the Association and this collective agreement (Agreement) in the overall success of the company. The Corporation and the Association, in turn, recognize that the purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate and protect the best interests of the Corporation and its employees alike. To this end, it is necessary that the parties work together in a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation and be committed to ensuring that interpersonal and industrial relations proceed in a manner that ensures both the well-being of all employees and the efficient and economic operation of the Corporation.
