The manufacturer shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Technical Service that the protection offered by such systems is equivalent to that described in paragraph 5.12.1.and 5.12.2." To demonstrate compliance with paragraph 5.6. through to 5.8. of this Regulation, any adjustable support shall be positioned in its most rearward or opened design position."
