PARTIES AND DATES. 1.1 The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a binding agreement by and between the Palm Springs Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as the "District," and the California Teamsters Public, Professional and Medical Employees Union, Local 911, I.B.T., hereinafter referred to as "Union."
