Participation in the Developers Program. The eBay Developers Program is a set of APIs and tools that allows you to create Applications to access and/or interact with eBay, Content, eBay Sites and services. Participation in the Developers Program gives you access to eBay’s Developers Program Tools. These tools allow you to access eBay-branded sites and services and eBay Content, to develop Applications that integrate with or facilitate the use of eBay’s sites and services.
