Common use of Participation by Participating Employers Clause in Contracts

Participation by Participating Employers. An Employer (other than the Employer that executes the Employer Signature Page) may elect to participate under this Plan by executing a Participating Employer Adoption Page. A Participating Employer may not contribute to this Plan unless it executes the Participating Employer Adoption Page.

A Participating Employer (including a Related Employer) may not contribute to this Plan unless it executes the Participating Employer Adoption Page.
