Participation by Electronic Means. Any Manager or any committee designated by the Managers may participate in a meeting of the Managers or committee by means of telephone conference or similar communications equipment by which all Persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
