Participants Ineligible for Two Years. If an Eligible Individual who is a Participant or former Participant ceases being eligible to participate in the Plan and any Aggregated Plan, regardless of whether all amounts deferred under such plans have been paid, and subsequently becomes eligible to participate in the Plan again, the Eligible Individual may be treated as being initially eligible to participate in the Plan pursuant to subsection (a) above if the Eligible Individual has not been eligible to participate in the Plan or an Aggregated Plan (other than through the accrual of earnings) at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period ending on the date the Eligible Individual again becomes eligible to participate in the Plan.

  • Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility Employees covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means:

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Termination of Service for Cause Unless the Option has earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Option Grant Agreement or the Plan, all unexercised portions of the Option, whether vested or unvested, will terminate and be forfeited upon a termination of the Grantee’s Service for Cause. For purposes of this Option Grant Agreement only, “Cause” shall be defined as any of the following:

High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.

  • Other Termination of Service If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.

  • Cessation of Service The option term specified in Paragraph 2 shall terminate (and this option shall cease to be outstanding) prior to the Expiration Date should any of the following provisions become applicable:
