Common use of Participant Ownership Rights Clause in Contracts

Participant Ownership Rights. The IESO and the Participant acknowledge and agree that, as between the IESO and the Participant, the Participant owns all right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to Participant Intellectual Property. The IESO does not acquire any right, title, or ownership interest of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in Participant Intellectual Property other than the licenses granted to the IESO herein.
