IESO Ownership Rights. The IESO and the Participant acknowledge and agree that, as between the IESO and the Participant, the IESO owns all right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to IESO Intellectual Property. The Participant does not acquire any right, title, or ownership interest of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in IESO Intellectual Property other than the licenses granted to the Participant herein.
