Partial Termination. 11.9.1 Where the Customer is entitled to terminate the Legal Services Contract pursuant to this Clause 11, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate all or part of the Legal Services Contract provided always that the parts of the Legal Services Contract not terminated can operate effectively to deliver the intended purpose of the Legal Services Contract or a part thereof.
