Common use of Partial Illegality Clause in Contracts

Partial Illegality. The invalidity of any of the provisions or clauses in this Agreement shall not affect any remaining provisions, clauses or applications which can be given effect without the invalid provision or clause. To this end the provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable.
