Partial Illegality. If any provision of this Agreement or the ------------------ application thereof to any party or circumstances shall be declared void, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. In such event, the parties shall use their best efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provisions by a provision that, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, achieves the purposes intended under the invalid or unenforceable provision. Any deviation by either party from the terms and provisions of this Agreement to the limited extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, rules or regulations shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement.
Partial Illegality. 3.1 If any provision of this Contract or the application thereof to any person or in any circumstances shall to any extent be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not prejudice the effectiveness of the remainder of this Contract or the application of such provision to other persons or in other circumstances and each other provision of this Contract shall be legal, valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Partial Illegality. If any provision, or part of a provision, of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under any Applicable Law, then the parties shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision by a provision that, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, achieves the purposes intended under the original provision and to allow the parties to have the intended benefit of their bargain. If it cannot be so reformed, it shall be omitted. The balance of this Agreement shall remain valid and unchanged and in full force and effect.
Partial Illegality. If any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be found to be illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
Partial Illegality. If at any time any provisions hereof are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

If any term or provision of this Lease or any of the other Lease Documents or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease and the other Lease Documents and application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances (other than those as to which it is already invalid or unenforceable) shall not be affected thereby and each term and provision of this Lease and the other Lease Documents shall be valid and be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Partial Illegality. If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any party or circumstances shall be declared void, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Partial Illegality. The invalidity of any of the provisions or clauses in this Agreement shall not affect any remaining provisions, clauses or applications which can be given effect without the invalid provision or clause. To this end the provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable.

If at any time any provisions contained in any of the Finance Documents should be or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

If any provision of this Agreement is declared void, illegal or unenforceable, the provision shall be deemed amended as necessary to conform to applicable laws or regulations, or if it cannot be so amended without materially altering the intention of the parties, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as if the offending provisions were not contained herein. 12.8.
