Demands under the Letter of Credit Sample Clauses

The 'Demands under the Letter of Credit' clause defines the procedures and requirements for making a claim or demand for payment under a letter of credit. Typically, this clause outlines the documentation that must be presented, the conditions that must be met, and the timeframe within which a demand can be made. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties understand the exact process for drawing funds, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring timely and proper payment under the letter of credit arrangement.
