Common use of Part-Time Unit Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Unit. The Hospital recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 79, as the exclusive bargaining agent for all of its employees covered by the certificate and decision issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated March 18, 1994, regularly employed not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, and students employed during the school vacation period.
