Part-Time Salary Computation. Employees who work less than 260 days x 8 hours per day will have their annual, pro-rated salary paid semi-monthly as earned.

Base Compensation Executive shall be paid an aggregate base salary (the "Base Salary") of $300,000 per annum. The Base Salary shall be payable in a manner consistent with the normal payroll practices of the Company in effect from time to time. The Board, in its sole discretion, or at the recommendation of the Compensation and Stock Option Committee of the Board of Directors of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group Inc. (the "Compensation Committee"), may increase (but not decrease) the Base Salary, at any time.
