Part A. Should this tender be accepted, I/We hereby agree to abide by and fulfill all terms and conditions referred to above and in default thereof, to forfeit and pay to the OWNER or its successors or its authorized nominees such sums of money as are stipulated in conditions contained in General Tender Notice and other Tender Documents.
