Preliminary Examination of Bids. 31.1 The Purchaser shall examine the bids to confirm that all documents and technical documentation requested in ITB Clause 11 have been provided, and to determine the completeness of each document submitted.
Preliminary Examination of Bids. The Procuring Entity shall examine the bids to confirm that all documents and technical documentation requested in ITB Clause 11 have been provided, and to determine the completeness of each document submitted. The Procuring Entity shall confirm that the following documents and information have been provided in the Bid. If any of these documents or information is missing, the offer shall be rejected. Bid Submission Form, in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 12.1; Price Schedules, in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 12.2; Bid Security or Bid Securing Declaration, in accordance with ITB Clause 19 if applicable.
Preliminary Examination of Bids. The contents of the pre-bid documents of the individual Bids will be examined summarily in order to assess their formal conformity and agreement with the instructions and guidance to the Bidders and the completeness. Any Bid not conforming to any of these requirements may be disqualified forthwith at the discretion of JAIPUR METRO RAIL CORPORATION.

Preliminary Examination of Bids. 26.1 The Procuring Entity will examine the bids to determine whether they are complete, whether any computational errors have been made, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed, and whether the bids are generally in order. In the case where a prequalification process has been undertaken for the Contract(s) for which these Bidding Documents have been issued, the Procuring Entity will ensure that each bid is from a prequalified Bidder, and in the case of a Joint Venture, that partners and structure of the Joint Venture are unchanged from those in the prequalification. 26.2 Arithmetical errors will be rectified on the following basis. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price, which is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, or between added or subtracted subtotals and totals, the unit or subtotal price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected, unless in the opinion of the Procuring Entity there is an obvious misplacement of the decimal point in the unit or subtotal prices, in which case the line item total as quoted shall govern and the unit price or sub-total shall be corrected. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words will prevail, unless the discrepancy is the result of a typo/error for which the correction is self-evident to the Procuring Entity. If the Bidder with the Lowest Evaluated Bid does not accept the correction of errors, the bid shall be rejected. 26.3 The Procuring Entity may waive any minor informality, nonconformity, or irregularity in a bid that does not constitute a material deviation, provided such waiver does not prejudice or affect the relative ranking of any Bidder. 26.4 Prior to the detailed evaluation, the Procuring Entity will determine whether each bid is of acceptable quality, is complete, and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents. For purposes of this determination, a substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Bidding Documents without material deviations, exceptions, objections, conditionalities, or reservations. A material deviation, exception, objection, conditionality, or reservation is one: (i) that limits in any substantial way the scope, quality, or performance of the Information System; or (ii) that limits, in any substantial way that is inconsistent with the Bidding Documents, the Procuring Entity’s rights o...
Preliminary Examination of Bids. This stage of the evaluation is to assess the document formality required for each bidder with pass or fail criteria before undertaking their detailed examination or evaluation. Confirmation will be done one by one, whether the submitted documents and format are in conformity with the requirement as mentioned in 9.1 above. In case of no submission or missing of any of required documents deemed as important, such Applicant shall be disqualified at this stage. Preliminary Examination of Bids. Sindh High Court shall examine the bids to confirm that all required documents (soft & hard copies) and specifications/ technical/ required documentation requested in bidding documents have been provided, and to determine the completeness of each document submitted. If any of the required documents or information is missing, the bid shall be rejected. Further, Sindh High Court shall examine the Bid to confirm that all terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents have been accepted by the Bidder without any material deviation or reservation.
